Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in and attendance at the Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026 (“Event”), organized by Triumphex Events FZE , Sharjah Publishing City Freezone, Sharjah UAE. By registering, exhibiting, sponsoring, attending, or otherwise participating in the Event and accessing the event website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
1.2 All participants must comply with UAE laws, Sharjah regulations, venue rules, and any instructions issued by the Organizer.
1.3 Participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.
Event Name: Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026
Location: Expo Centre Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Dates: 3, 4, & 5 June 2026
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event date, venue, layout, format, or schedule if required.
Exhibitors must submit accurate and complete registration details.
The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibitor application without assigning reasons.
All exhibited products must comply with UAE food safety, health, and labeling regulations.
Booth allocation is at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
Exhibitors may not sublet, share, or transfer booth space without written approval.
Booths must be maintained in a clean, professional, and safe condition throughout the Event.
All exhibitor fees must be paid in full within the stipulated timeline.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
In the event of exhibitor cancellation, no refund shall be issued unless explicitly agreed by the Organizer.
Exhibitors are responsible for setup, operation, and dismantling of their booths within allocated times.
Exhibitors must obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for food handling, sampling, or sales.
Any damage caused to the venue or equipment will be charged to the exhibitor.
Sale or display of illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
Activities causing disturbance, obstruction, or safety risks.
Unauthorized amplification, promotions, or demonstrations outside allocated areas.
Sponsorship benefits are subject to the signed sponsorship agreement.
Branding, logo usage, and promotional rights are limited to the agreed scope.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the agreement is confirmed.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to deliver all agreed sponsorship benefits.
Sponsors grant the Organizer permission to use logos and brand materials for Event promotion.
All branding materials must comply with UAE cultural and advertising standards.
Entry is subject to valid registration or ticket purchase.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor without refund for misconduct or policy violations.
Visitors must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
Smoking, alcohol, or prohibited substances are only permitted where legally allowed.
Any form of harassment, disorderly behavior, or property damage is strictly prohibited.
Visitors attend at their own risk.
The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
6.1 All participants must comply with health, safety, fire, and security regulations.
6.2 The Organizer may conduct inspections and enforce corrective actions if safety standards are not met.
6.3 In case of emergencies, participants must follow instructions from Event officials and venue authorities.
7.1 The Event name, logo, branding, and content are the intellectual property of the Organizer.
7.2 Photography, videography, and recordings may be taken during the Event.
7.3 Participants grant the Organizer the right to use images, videos, and recordings for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.
When making a payment for event registration or services through the Site, you agree to the following:
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information, including credit card or other payment details.
• Payments will be processed securely through third-party payment providers. Triumphex Events FZE is not responsible for any payment processing errors or issues that may arise with third-party providers.
• All applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase will be disclosed at the time of payment.
• “Triumphex Events FZE” maintains the Intercontinental Food Festival Website (“Site”).
• “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
• “Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”
• “Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment”
• “The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”
• “We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries”
• “Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website”
• “Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Intercontinental Food Festival website policies and rules”
• “User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account”
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
• “All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties”
• Triumphex Events FZE will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties
• Triumphex Events FZE takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However Triumphex Events FZE (website) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online
By submitting any content to our site including but not limited to images, videos, text, or other materials (collectively referred to as “User Content”), you grant Triumphex Events FZE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise exploit such User Content on its website, social media, promotional materials, and any other marketing channels, without any obligation to provide compensation to you.
You represent and warrant that:
Ownership of Content: You are the sole creator and owner of the User Content, or you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the licenses described in these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026, you acknowledge and agree that we reserves the right to use any submitted or freely downloadable materials for promotional purposes.
While we strive to ensure that any materials made available on our website or for download do not contain harmful content, we do not assume any liability for any damages, loss of data, or security breaches that may result from downloading or accessing such materials.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of third-party websites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026, Triumphex Events FZE and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from your participation.
13.1 The Organizer shall not be liable for:
• Personal injury, loss, or damage.
• Business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages.
13.2 Exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for delay, interruption, or cancellation of the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event.
Liability is limited to the terms outlined in individual agreements.
Personal data collected will be used solely for Event-related purposes.
Data may be shared with official partners in compliance with applicable laws.
By participating, you consent to such data usage.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the courts of Sharjah.
