Refund & Cancellation Policy

Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026

The following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all tickets purchased online for the Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026, organized by Triumphex Exhibition FZE.

By registering and paying the participation fee, the customer (“Participant” or “Cardholder”) agrees to the terms outlined below. This policy is published to clearly inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities before making a purchase decision.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ticket Categories & Pricing

• General Admission: AED 30 per person
• Family Pass (4 Persons): AED 100
• Kids under 6 years: Free Entry (ID may be required for age verification)

2. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a ticket purchase is completed and payment is successfully processed:

• Tickets cannot be refunded
• Tickets cannot be exchanged
• Tickets cannot be downgraded or upgraded
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another event date (if applicable)

This policy applies to all ticket types, including General Admission and Family Passes.

3. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather conditions, government regulations, public safety concerns, or force majeure):

• Purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date
• No refunds will be issued due to postponement
• Ticket holders will be notified via the registered email address and official communication channels

4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the festival is fully cancelled by the Organizer:

• Ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take up to 14–21 business days
• Service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

5. Incorrect Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing payment.

Triumphex Exhibition FZE is not responsible for:

• Incorrect ticket type selection
• Incorrect quantities purchased
• Duplicate purchases
• Change of personal plans

No refunds will be issued for the above reasons.

6. Force Majeure

Triumphex Exhibition FZE shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Acts of God
• Security threats

In such cases, tickets will remain valid for any rescheduled event date. Refunds will not be provided unless the event is officially cancelled.
