The following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all tickets purchased online for the Intercontinental Food Festival Sharjah 2026, organized by Triumphex Exhibition FZE.
By registering and paying the participation fee, the customer (“Participant” or “Cardholder”) agrees to the terms outlined below. This policy is published to clearly inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities before making a purchase decision.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a ticket purchase is completed and payment is successfully processed:

If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather conditions, government regulations, public safety concerns, or force majeure):

In such cases, tickets will remain valid for any rescheduled event date. Refunds will not be provided unless the event is officially cancelled.
